National Trails Day Hike
Paugussett Trail

June 7, 2008 10:00 am

Join CFPA Trail Managers for a 4-mile round-trip hike on the Blue-Blazed Paugussett Trail.  This is a very challenging section with plenty of uphill climbs. The trail crosses several streams and features a waterfall, an overlook of the Housatonic River, and numerous rocky outcrops.  Meet at trailhead parking lot, Indian Well State Park, Indian Well Road, off Route 110 in Shelton.  This is the same parking area for the "Well" and is located before the beach and boat launch area, just before you cross a fieldstone bridge.

Leashed dogs welcome.  Bring water and bug spray.  Rain or shine. Co-Leaders Kelly and Rich Harris, kwalsh@marmonkeystone.com, 203-922-1125.
